Welcome to the UnitedGoals USA Registration Help Center.
This page explains how team and player registration works for all UnitedGoals USA tournaments, and where coaches and parents can find event information, schedules, and policies.

📝 How do I register my team?

How to Register A Team For An Event (Support Video)

GotSport Article

  1. Go to the specific event page on the UnitedGoals USA website.
  2. Click “Register Team”
  3. Log in to GotSport or create a free GotSport account.
  4. On the registration screen, click “Continue” next to the team you’re registering, or search for your team and select it (or create it if needed).
  5. Complete all steps of the team registration form and submit.
  6. You’ll receive a confirmation email that includes the player registration link and other important event details.
📝 I registered my team in the wrong age group. How do I fix it?

If you selected the wrong age group when registering:

  1. Log in to GotSport.
  2. Go to the Team Management tab.
  3. Click your team name.
  4. Change the Age Group to the division your team will compete in at the event.
  5. Click Save.

fter you change the age group and save:

  • Your team will appear under the correct age group dropdown in the player registration form for that event.

If your team still doesn’t appear correctly, please go to the event page and complete the contact form at the bottom with your event name, team name, and age group.

📝 How do I see which players have registered for my team?
  1. Log in to GotSport.
  2. Go to the Team Management tab.
  3. Click your team name.
  4. View your event roster to see which players are listed.

If you know a player has completed the player registration form but they do not appear on your roster:

  • They may have selected the wrong team or age group.
  • Confirm the correct age group for your team at this event.
  • If they still can’t be found, use the contact form at the bottom of the event page and include event name, team name, age group, and player name.

For Players – Player Registration

📝 How do I register my player?
  1. Go to the specific event page on the UnitedGoals USA website.
  2. Click “Register Player”.
  3. On the player registration form:
    • Select the correct age group for your child’s team at this event.
    • Choose your child’s team name from the dropdown menu.
  4. Complete all required fields, including waivers and emergency contact information.
  5. Submit the form.

This form is how we collect waivers and emergency contact info, so it is important that every player’s parent/guardian completes it.

Once the form is submitted successfully and processed, your child will appear on the event roster in GotSport for that team.

📝 I can’t find my team in the dropdown. What should I do?

If you do not see your team in the dropdown:

  1. Confirm with your coach which age group your team is playing in for this event.
  2. Make sure you are selecting that age group in the form first.
  3. If you still cannot find the team, please register your player a team and inform our staff (via the contact form on the event page) of which team you actually belong to. We will move you to the proper roster.

Event Details – Schedules, Rules, & Refunds

Please go to the individual event page for your tournament and scroll to the FAQ section at the bottom. That section always contains the most up-to-date information for that specific event.

  3. Complete the contact form, including:
    • Your name
    • Whether you are a coach or parent
    • Event name
    • Team name and age group
