Playing Format
- 4v4 field play with no goalkeepers
- U8–U16 boys’ and girls’ divisions
- Maximum roster of seven players
- Minimum of three guaranteed games
- Each match is one 20-minute period
- Age groups may be combined when necessary to create competitive brackets
Weekend Schedule
Girls’ divisions will play Saturday, March 13, and boys’ divisions will play Sunday, March 14. Match times and division structures will be finalized after registration closes.

Lycoming County, Pennsylvania
The 2027 Clover Cup will be played in Lycoming County and is expected to be held outdoors on a turf field. The confirmed facility, parking information and visitor guidance will be added as soon as venue contracting is complete.

Who can participate?
The tournament is planned for U8–U16 boys’ and girls’ teams. Final divisions depend on registrations received and competitive fit.
How many games are guaranteed?
Every team is guaranteed a minimum of three games. Each match is one 20-minute period.
How large can our roster be?
Teams may roster up to seven players for 4v4 competition. All participating players must be properly registered and age-eligible.
Which age group should our team enter?
The Clover Cup takes place during the 2026–27 seasonal year and uses school-year age groups running from August 1 through July 31. Register according to the age eligibility of the oldest player on your roster. Use the US Club Soccer age-group chart to determine the correct division.
When and where will the tournament be played?
The event is scheduled for March 13–14, 2027, in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Girls play Saturday and boys play Sunday. The event is expected to be outdoors on turf; the exact facility will be announced after venue contracting is complete.
When does registration open?
Registration is opening soon through SportsHeadz. Early-bird pricing is $255 through January 10, 2027; regular pricing is $285 through February 28, 2027. Both prices include the $20 registration fee.
What is included in the entry fee?
The entry fee includes all $20 registration fees, a minimum of three games and tournament administration. The top two teams in each completed division receive medals.
When will schedules be released?
Schedules will be published after registration closes and divisions are finalized. Coaches will receive direct notice when match times and field assignments are available.
What happens if weather affects the tournament?
Because this is an outdoor event, weather may require schedule or format adjustments. UnitedGoals USA will communicate changes directly to registered teams and will follow the published tournament rules for weather-related decisions.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Where will the official rules and schedule be posted?
The event follows UnitedGoals USA’s general 4v4 tournament rules. The rules document will be linked here once uploaded, and the final schedule will be released after registration closes and divisions are formed.
